We don't do one-size-fits-all massage. We do structured clinical care — with intake assessment, defined treatment goals, session-by-session progress notes, and outcome measurement.
Four structured phases that define every patient relationship.
During your first visit, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation: detailed health history, postural assessment, range-of-motion testing, pain assessment, and clear goal setting. This is not cursory — we gather the clinical information needed to develop your personalized plan.
Based on your assessment, we develop a written treatment plan detailing: which massage techniques and modalities we'll use, recommended session frequency and duration, measurable goals for your condition, and expected milestones for your recovery. You'll understand the "why" behind every recommendation.
Every session includes detailed notes documenting tissue response, your reported progress, any adjustments made, and outcome scoring. You'll see your progress in writing. We provide regular progress reports that you can share with your physician if coordinating care.
If you're receiving care from a referring physician (surgeon, PT, MD), we're happy to communicate your progress and adjust treatment as needed based on their feedback. Your care is integrated, not siloed.
That means applying the same rigor as any other evidence-based care.
We ask "what is causing this?" not just "where does it hurt?" Understanding the root cause — whether myofascial, postural, structural, or neurological — drives technique selection.
Every session works toward defined, measurable outcomes. "Feel less pain," "regain 15 degrees of shoulder mobility," "reduce arm swelling by 3cm" — these are the kinds of goals we establish and track.
We use methods that have research support — Vodder method for lymphatic drainage, myofascial release principles, trigger point therapy, and other modalities backed by clinical evidence.
Your progress is measured and recorded. You should be able to see, in writing, how you've improved — or if we need to adjust course.
If you're under care from a surgeon, physical therapist, or other provider, we coordinate. Your massage therapy supports your overall treatment plan, not contradicts it.
Our clinical approach works best for patients who:
Want more than relaxation — they want results
Are managing chronic pain or recovering from injury
Are willing to commit to a treatment series, not one-off sessions
Appreciate clear, honest communication about progress and realistic timelines
