Medical Massage

Pain Relief, Injury Recovery, Chronic Pain Management

Medical massage is a targeted therapeutic approach designed to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support recovery. It is not a full-body massage—each session focuses on specific areas based on your needs and your therapist’s clinical assessment.

Your treatment plan is personalized and may include techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy and mobilization.

Fascia scraping and cupping can be used, when appropriate, to enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.

Standard session length is 60 minutes; 80 minutes may be recommended for multiple areas of concern or larger muscle groups (e.g., lower back and legs).

Recommended for:

  1. Chronic pain from work-related strain (e.g., sitting long hours, repetitive motion)
  2. Post-accident conditions like bulging discs or whiplash
  3. Lingering pain or limited mobility from past injuries or trauma
