Massage in the first trimester of pregnancy is not recommended as it is a very sensitive time for the developing human.


If your pregnancy is considered high risk, we kindly ask you to consult your healthcare provider prior to your massage treatment and obtain a medical clearance note to ensure massage is a safe option for you and your baby.


We suggest starting with a shorter 30-minute session if you are new to massage to ensure your body tolerates it well. This allows you to experience the benefits without feeling overwhelmed. Once you are comfortable, you can always opt for a 60-minute session.
